Anita is a qualified Massage and Beauty Therapist with a VTCT Level 3 certification, based in Cardiff. She completed her VTCT Level 3 in Holistic Therapies at Rumney Parade College, where she studied various techniques including Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and Facials. Following this she further enhanced her qualifications by obtaining a VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage from Crosskeys College. Since becoming a qualified Massage Therapist in 2011, Anita has worked as a Spa Therapist Mercure Holland House in Cardiff before establishing her own practice to better accommodate her family.
